Happy FITmas?!

For me, the Christmas season officially begins tomorrow - Saturday 1st December! I'm not a huge fan of Christmas, but I am a massive fan of shopping! What do you get when you put shopping and Christmas together (other than crazy crowds and long queues!)?? ...A 'Christmas Fitness Wishlist' where I get to share with you a few of the things I dream about...

1. Pink BOSU
The limited edition pink BOSU® Balance Trainer offers a fun, challenging, total body workout in a compact, fitness tool. Push yourself a little bit or a lot with a wide variety of exercise options that challenge your core, endurance, strength, flexibility and balance (pinkbosu.com)

I have been informed though that it is currently only available in America due to a deal they have with Komen for the cure.

2. Rodial Crash Diet Sticks
It's a supplement containing ingredients such as green tea extract and guarana aiming to boost metabolism, burn fat and eliminate water retention. Add water and sip it throughout the day. I tried them once before when doing the NYBP and I'm pretty sure they helped. At a minimum they aided my digestion. they are not cheap though!

3. TRX Suspension Trainer Pro Pack
After trying out suspension training one lunchtime a few weeks ago, I think I could get hooked! It was a versatile workout in just one piece of kit. This pack comes with a DVD to show me some moves! There are plenty of gyms now that offer classes using the TRX and I'm sure lots of resources are available online.

4. Nike EXO Women's Poncho
This looks like the perfect cover up to take me from home to gym, back again, and everywhere in between! If I had it, I would never be seen out of it!

So what's on your 'Christmas Fitness Wishlist'?!

  2. Haha this is a really good post, especially for after xmas! However I'll stick to careful pickings, I'd rather do this than the brutal exercising at the gym :P xxxx
